Role: Multimedia Designer

Clarim Media is looking for a Multimedia Designer to be a part of our marketing team that will design various assets for events and editorial products across our three brands (Techonomy.com / Worth.com / DXDaily.com ). The role will work closely with teams across the organization including editorial, partnership, membership, and marketing in support of our brand and business goals.

 

The Multimedia Designer will report to the Head of Marketing and will help establish and reinforce the brand's visual identity. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with working on a variety of visual assets and content ranging from social graphics, email templates, events signage, brand presentations, and basic videos.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop materials for editorial launches and marketing campaigns. This includes but not limited to banner and social media ads, infographics, white papers, website elements, animations, and video.

  • Design, plan and test web based (HTML) projects including email promotions and e-marketing microsites.

  • Work with a cross-functional team to brainstorm campaign ideas and execute them from start to finish.

  • Create  presentations, reports, and other decks.

  • Edit video files for use across social media channels.

 

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience and a strong portfolio of digital work that shows your conceptualization and execution skills.

  • Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle a range of types of projects from simple to multichannel campaigns.

  • Able to design and execute a large volume of digital assets across multiple channels for our social, performance, and lifecycle marketing teams.

  • Works iteratively in a fast-paced environment with a collaborative and positive attitude.

  • Extensive knowledge and experience using Adobe Creative Cloud products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premier.    

  • Willingness to learn new software/tools.

  • Self-motivated and able to execute a project without supervision.
